In-fill Construction

This two-day technical visit examines the physical and design constraints for constructing a new building, which needs to respect the design of adjacent development patterns and adjacent uses. Some conceptual sketches are provided; their complexity is dependent upon the complexity of the project. Local zoning and building codes are reviewed and recommendations are given as to their impact on new construction. Pro-forma analysis and financing are not covered in this technical visit.
