Market analysis methodology developed specifically for the needs, unique problems and opportunities of traditional commercial districts.  UDS will present its philosophy and methodology of retail market analysis for traditional commercial districts and will provide the business district with hands-on assistance in compiling information, interpreting data, and turning that information and data into achievable strategies for business development and marketing.

UDS will generate and deliver a written report for each commercial area. This report will document the results of the market analysis and will recommend a retail market strategy for the area.  It will be based on consumer surveys and business surveys generated by the commercial district revitalization program.
